Director of Scott Sheen & Partners, and more recently of Essex Country Village Homes Callum Lamb is stepping into 2021 with a stylish new look for the business and relaunching his three industry leading offices across Tendring under the new banner of Lamb & Co.

Callum is now taking the reigns as Managing Director and with that brings the new brand which epitomises Callum’s values as Estate Agents. They pride themselves on offering a quality service with first class marketing and focus on innovation and technology in an industry which has always been slow to adapt to change. They have built a strong team across all departments in recent years and are delighted that they can keep these in place with a common goal to deliver sellers, landlords and developers an unrivalled service.

Lamb & Co will retain the three offices in Clacton, St Osyth and Thorpe-Le-Soken which further validates Callum’s confidence in the housing market and his passion for the local area in which he grew up.

Having been involved with Scott Sheen & Partners since founded in 2012, Callum has had a key role in the success and direction of the company over the past eight years. In recent years business partner and founder Scott Sheen took the gruelling path to qualify as a RICS accredited building surveyor and has continued to pursue a newfound passion having acquired Blackman Surveyors in 2019.

Callum says; “Scott is a great friend and mentor, I have gained most of my industry experience working alongside Scott and our different views of the industry combined has built a successful and well respected Estate Agency in the local area. By focussing our own interests on the individual companies, we can now work together more closely without the conflict of interest which we both see as a great benefit for both business and our customers.”

The business, despite lockdown and the insanity of 2020 remains to go from strength to strength and Callum is delighted with how well clients and purchasers are taking to the recent ‘new normal’. There have been some major challenges, of course but with the strong dedicated team he has in situ, Callum is confident that things are all heading firmly in the right direction.
