Due to the new national restrictions and to help stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) Harlow Civic Centre will temporarily close to the public from Thursday 5 November 2020.

From this Thursday the government is asking people to stay at home and only go out if it is essential.

During this lockdown residents and businesses can still phone the council on (01279) 446655 between 9am and 4.45pm Monday to Friday as well as access services online via www.harlow.gov.uk

The closure means people will not be able to visit the Civic Centre to make payments in person. Since the last lockdown residents have been finding other ways to pay their council bills, which include:

Setting up a Direct Debits, standing orders or bank transfers

Paying online at www.harlow.gov.uk

Using the 24 hour automated payment line: 01279 446600

Residents whose financial circumstances have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic should contact the council as soon as possible for help and advice with their council bills.
