PAUSE Live, the UK’s leading women’s health and menopause event, returns for its 4th year Saturday, October 10th, bringing together women from across the UK for a powerful day of expert advice, honest conversation and real solutions for their health.
The event is moving to a stylish new venue in the heart of London, the stunning Convene Sancroft venue near St Paul’s, creating a collaborative space where thousands of women can come together. With its strong sense of community and working with the UK’s leading doctors and menopause specialists in women’s health, PAUSE Live has become a defining moment in the events calendar.
Anyone who has experienced PAUSE Live knows the atmosphere is unlike any other event. There is an incredible energy in the room as women come ready to ask questions and hear directly from experts about everything from hormones and perimenopause to sleep, mental health, relationships, energy and long-term wellbeing.
For 2026, hormones will sit at the heart of the conversation, reflecting the growing awareness of how they influence every part of a woman’s life.
The Live Stage will be hosted by much-loved TV presenter Cherry Healey, alongside menopause advocates Nina Ambrose and Michelle Ford, bringing honesty and humour to the discussions throughout the day.
Meanwhile, women’s health specialist Professor Joyce Harper will lead the learning on the Educational Stage, guiding audiences through the science of hormones and real life solutions.
Founder Charlotte Body explains:
“PAUSE Live has always been about creating a safe space where women feel confident and informed to take charge of their own health. For 2026, we are going deeper than ever. Hormones affect every part of our lives, yet for too long women have been left to work it all out alone.
This event is incredibly personal to me. I started PAUSE Live after my own difficult journey through perimenopause, when I realised how little support and information was available. I didn’t want my children, and my grandchildren, to one day face the same confusion and struggles. PAUSE Live exists so that women today, and the generations to come, have access to the knowledge they deserve.”
As the leading women’s health and menopause event, PAUSE Live gives women the chance to hear from leading doctors and specialists, attend workshops, discover trusted brands and connect with others going through similar experiences.
PAUSE Live 2026 promises to be its most exciting edition yet, inviting women, experts and brands to come together and drive meaningful progress in women’s health.
