Today, multiplatinum-selling chart-topping Dutch DJ and producer Martin Garrix together with R3HAB & Skytech releases his newest single “Voodoo” via STMPD RCRDS – listen here.
Even before the official release “Voodoo” has become a huge EDM/festival track. This song was premiered at Ultra last year by Martin and now also picked up by Armin Van Buuren & Tiësto. Martin played it throughout the summer including his Tomorrowland mainstage closing shows, his 60.000 capacity LA shows and his weekly 10th Ibiza Ushuaïa residency.
On “Voodoo” Martin says, “It took us a year to get together in the same room and finish the track but I’m so excited about this club release.. like R3HAB described it has this haunting feel type of vocal, the track is super energetic and Skytech brought all the power. I’ve been playing it for some time now and it’s really one of the key moments of my set.”
“Voodoo” is the latest release off Martin Garrix’s upcoming EP ORIGO, out soon on STMPD RCRDS. The EP will also include previously released singles “Set Me Free” with Arcando, “Sleepless Nights” with Armin van Buuren and “Inside Our Hearts” with Alesso.
Martin Garrix recently performed at Lollapalooza in Chicago and the iconic L.A. State Historic Park, his first time playing in L.A. since 2016. Garrix is the first ever artist to perform three nights at L.A State Historic Park. He immediately sold-out 60,000 tickets for two shows & added the third due to high demand. Earlier in June, Martin Garrix spent four nights in Las Vegas, playing shows at OMNIA, TAO Beach Club, and EDC. Adding to his highly sought after shows, Garrix recently sold out two nights at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO for October.
