Mark Heasman, Chief Executive of health and social care organisation Provide Community, which has its headquarters in Colchester has been shortlisted for the ‘Expanding Impact’ honour in the 2023 Healthcare Honours for his contribution to NHS and social care services.

Recognising excellence in the ever-evolving challenges in the healthcare landscape, the Healthcare Honours celebrates exceptional leadership, achievements and contributions to the delivery of NHS services.

The Healthcare Honours are run by the British Journal of Healthcare Management in a unique event held in Westminster at the Houses of Parliament. The forum brings together some of the most talented and dedicated leaders in healthcare with nominees and special guests from across the UK.

As a social enterprise working primarily within the NHS, I have always believed that Provide Community has a unique opportunity to innovate, improve outcomes and play our part in the transformation of services and patient experience.

“Our sector is built on caring, compassionate, talented people who want to make a difference and I am incredibly proud of the contribution Provide Community makes. To have the opportunity to join this group of esteemed guests and peers, celebrating excellence in healthcare is very special.”
