Heat Electric helps UK deliver its net zero carbon promises

A combination of advanced technology, the most efficient solar energy systems and smarter thinking around heating storage is set to drive bills down and reduce carbon emissions.

A new franchise is leading the way to changes that will help the UK deliver its net zero carbon promises. Business and homeowner numbers switching to cleaner electric heating are already rising. It’s thanks to new reliable and consistent solar energy systems and smart adaptations to traditional choices creating better performing systems.

Entrepreneur David Lukeman is behind the new franchise business that will see his 10-year-old company today (February 14th 2023) re-brand from Northwest Heating solutions to Heat Electric – with a network covering the UK and Ireland.

A new relationship as main partner for Q Cells solar systems was the final piece in the plan for the company’s franchise ambition. Now Lukeman’s company Heat Electric will put controllable and energy-efficient heating and hot water from the leading solar cell technology company alongside high tech clean smart core radiators and heat storage batteries to change how the UK heats its buildings and water.

“The UK Government has some formidable carbon emissions deadlines to meet. We already use the best German engineered products to store heat and control it more effectively – from radiators to thermal store water heaters. And we can work to support pre-existing systems, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and reducing bills,” said Lukeman.

“We’ve been following moves toward a C02 tax closely and worked hard to put together heating systems that will help people do their bit to reduce emissions. If we all make small changes – from how we travel to work to how heat our homes and create access to hot water only when it’s needed instead of repeatedly using energy to boost stored hot water for example – then the impact is huge.”

The franchise launches today. Heat Electric, headquartered in Ellesmere Port, has a limited number of franchises still available to suitably qualified businesses.
