On November 8th, Gabby Logan MBE, presenter and menopause advocate, was joined by actor and No7 menopause ambassador Adjoa Andoh to launch the No7 x All Bright menopause initiative; ‘Changing The Face Of Menopause At Work’.

With the aim of opening the conversation about menopause in the workplace, the morning celebrated and supported women in the workplace with an inspiring and informative panel discussion, which also featured Munnawar Chishty, No7 Senior Leader, and Anna Jones, All Bright Co-Founder.

Held at AllBright headquarters, Mayfair, Gabby and Adjoa unveiled the new No7 Initiative which had the likes of Kimberly Wyatt and Jodie Kidd in attendance.

No7 Beauty Advisors were also on hand to offer skincare consultations with the new No7 menopause range. Guests were treated to No7 skincare goodies.

No7’s ‘Changing the Face of Menopause at Work’ initiative was created in recognition of the need to support women during this life-stage so they can continue to thrive in their careers. Research[1] shows that one in ten women aged between 45 and 55 have left employment because of their menopause symptoms, with many more having considered leaving their jobs. 14% of menopausal women say they have reduced their hours and 8% had not applied for a promotion. A different research report[2] found that 67% of women reported a loss of confidence linked to menopausal symptoms and 70% reported increased stress.
