Following last night’s win at the National Television Awards for ‘Best Quiz Game Show’, Beat the Chasers star Mark ‘The Beast’ Labbett was joined by Anne ‘The Governess’ Hegerty at London’s Potters Fields Park this afternoon, for the launch of Gala Bingo’s ‘Cup of Tea’ Hot Air Balloon Tea Rooms. Following the affiliation with Gala Bingo’s sponsorship of the popular game show, The Chase, Mark and Anne joined lucky guests for a cup of tea, cake and a game of bingo, bringing people together with a redefined bingo experience, and where a little joy goes a long way.

The successful spin-off show ‘Beat the Chasers’ snapped up the award for Best Quiz Game Show for the second year in a row at last night’s National Television Awards. Other shows nominated for the award included In For a Penny, The 1% Club, and Michael McIntyre’s The Wheel.

Gala Bingo lovers are encouraged to find joy in the little moments – such as having a cuppa with your loved ones – but with a Gala twist. The ‘Cup of Tea’ experience will also be open tomorrow (Saturday 15th October) for guests to enjoy the scenic views of Tower Bridge overlooking the River Thames and get cosy for an eventful afternoon with their favourite celebrity Chaser!
