The first release of properties at Rippon Homes’ development in the popular village of Lea has now sold out following high demand.

Rose Gardens will consist of 60 three and four-bedroom homes, suitable for couples, growing families, upsizers, downsizers, empty nesters and everyone in between. The mix of detached and semi-detached houses and bungalows are set in the idyllic village of Lea, conveniently situated at the junction of the A156 and B1241, with local amenities a stone’s throw away.

Lea has plenty to offer, including a close-knit community centered around a traditional village hall. On the edge of the village is Lea Park, which features a children’s play area, recreation ground with a football pitch, tennis court, and woodland areas.

The cathedral city of Lincoln is less than 16 miles away, with independent boutique shopping and a wealth of places to eat and drink, it’s an ideal place for a daytrip.

Gainsborough Lea Road railway station provides regular services to Lincoln, Sheffield, Rotherham, and Doncaster while Lea itself sits on the bus route between Scunthorpe and Lincoln.

Ian Dyke, Managing Director of Rippon Homes said: “Lea is a wonderful village and it is therefore no surprise that our first release of homes have been snapped up.

“Those who missed out on the first release of homes need not worry as we will be releasing more properties soon. Seeing how quickly the properties sold, we recommend anyone who is interested in living at Rose Gardens to register their interest on our website.”

Rose Gardens is located at Lea, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 5EW.
