Essex musician Aruba Red releases new online series about wellness and empowerment


Alt soul Musician Aruba Red who hails from Alphamstone in Essex and is the daughter of the the late, great, legendary rock musician Jack Bruce of Cream has been at work.

Aruba has launched a new 6 part online series called Aruba Red “The Inspiration Behind The Tracks”.

It gives an insight into how her experiences have shaped her music, with esoteric and spiritual themes, as well as wellbeing and empowerment. All her music is deeply personal and lays her bare, she is a also a steadfast feminist and maverick and launches from 15th Jan 2021.

She has previously suffered anxiety, panic attacks, due to trauma and emotional abuse and puts all her pain into her music and uses it as a way to heal and is really keen to share this with her listeners.

The online series also accompanies the release of her live album ( which is released on 11th March 2021), which was recorded at St Pancras Old Church on 11thMarch 2020 just before lockdown, each online episode accompanies a track from the album to talk about the inspiration behind the track.
