With Black Friday just over one week away, shoppers looking for a pre-Christmas bargain are in for a real treat at Braintree Village this year, with even bigger discounts than ever before. Big name brands will be offering extra savings on top of outlet prices to kick off the Christmas shopping season in style.
Braintree Village – which celebrated its 20th birthday on Friday 15th November with the local community, businesses and Chairman of Braintree District Council, Cllr Angela Kilmartin – is still in party mode and ready to offer even more spectacular discounts over the ultimate four-day shopping weekend. Braintree Village will be open for 11 hours on both Friday 29th and Saturday 30th November and the event will mark the start of late-night shopping on Fridays and Saturdays throughout December, with stores open until 8pm both days in the lead up to the festive period.
As the Village marks its 20th year in Braintree, stores are offering their best ever discounts for the Black Friday weekend, with the likes of Nike and Adidas providing an extra 30% off outlet prices, The Body Shop’s best-selling product bundle worth £85 is just £40 and Kurt Geiger is offering an extra 20% off the Outlet price on a range shoes and boots. Perfect for stocking fillers, The Cosmetics Company is offering an extra 20% discount, Lindt is selling 1kg bags of chocolates for just £10 instead of £21.49 and Clarks is offering kids styles from just £10.
