Channels Estate Deliver Magical Event for all the Family

The Stubbings family – owners of the 300-acre Channels Estate in Little Waltham, pulled off a 3 day extravaganza of magical Christmas activities last weekend.

The event, designed for all the family, including the pet dog, kicked off on the evening of Friday 24th November with a Christmas market with stalls, fabulous food and drink and live entertainment, followed by the first doggie Christmas party in Essex on Saturday and the unveiling of an incredible Santa’s Grotto on Sunday.

The event was the brainchild of Katie Squire – the fourth generation of the Stubbings family, who said, “I am so proud of my elves who have spent the past three weeks transforming the estate and its buildings into a festive idyll with Christmas trees, lights, decorations, reindeers, and even a sleigh.”

She continues, “We built Santa a special house complete with a library and even a gingerbread house featuring thousands of candy canes and sweets. All the Christmas trees came from the estate. It really was a Christmas event for all the family”.
