Nigel Farage and Gina Miller were involved in some pretty harsh words back and forth on the BBC Andrew Marrs show.

Gina Miller former model and business women insisted because of her high court case that restored power to parliament Mr Farage “should be her biggest fan”.

Mr Farage hit back with ” What part of the word leave don’t you understand” warning Gina Miller of riots if the outcome of the EU referendum result was not implemented.

The high court judgment given last week is threatening to rip apart Teresa Mays time table for cutting ties with Brussels.

The case is now headed for a very dramatic show down in the Supreme Court next month, which may shape the future of our country.

Ministers may be forced to pass legislation, MPs and peers are expected to fight a rearguard action to limit the scope of Bretix and to keep us in the single market.

Teresa May made it clear that she disagreed with the verdict, an she will do whatever it takes to implement the will of the people in full.

Health secretary Jeremy Hunt also warned that any attempt to defy the referendum result could spark huge anger.

Jeremy Hunt also said ” Its important we get on with Bretix.”

The government has advised that it is able to launch processes using ancient Royal Prerogative powers, which are used for actions such as taking the county to war.

Mr Farage said ” we may have seen Bob Geldof and 40,000 in Parliament Square moaning about Bretix”

Ms Miller stated “it was a misdirection to claim that the decision was unpacking parliamentary sovereignty.”

The reason why parliament can’t negotiate treaties is because they can’t decide an international treaty by a single vote of MPs.
