Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, has welcomed 40 Year 12 and 13 students from Chelmsford and the surrounding area to its award-winning Work Insights Programme. It takes the total number of participants in Chelmsford to 185 since the initiative was launched in 2023.
Now in its fourth year, the programme was established to help improve access to careers in financial and professional services for young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
During the three-day programme, students gained first-hand experience of working in a professional services environment, meeting Aon employees and taking part in a series of workplace challenges designed to develop their understanding of the sector and the career opportunities available.
