This November 1st, Battersea’s much-loved Four Thieves is reborn as The Thieves – a game-changing new playground for adults and the latest jewel in The Laine Pub Co’s crown of independent, trendsetting pubs.
Setting a new benchmark for South London nightlife, The Thieves blends heritage charm with a modern, multi-layered “playhouse” concept. Guests can expect a full spectrum of entertainment, from old-school games and live music to immersive cabaret performances, DJ sets, and themed parties – all within a newly renovated, design-led space built to surprise and delight.
To mark its grand opening, The Thieves will debut with ABBA-WEEN, a Halloween spectacular created in collaboration with Twisted Time Machine, the legendary party curators behind some of London’s wildest retro nights.
Running 8PM–2AM on Saturday, November 1st, the launch event will feature non-stop ABBA, 70s, and disco anthems, a live séance, and a time-warping journey through glitter, ghosts, and groove. Expect immersive décor, theatrical energy, and the perfect blend of spooky and sparkly – from Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! to SOS.
