Lime has teamed up with London’s favourite pizza, Yard Sale Pizza, to create a delicious limited-edition ‘Pibil Power’ pizza collab inspired by London’s iconic green bikes.
Available at all Yard Sale shops from this Wednesday, 30th July until Tuesday, 26th August, the tasty creation has been cooked up with Lime to celebrate summer in the city. This collab is a match made in heaven and taps into Londoners’ mutual love of Yard Sale Pizza, Lime bikes and cultural trends – with flocks of Londoners liming to green spaces across the city this summer to order and enjoy pizzas in the park during the heatwaves.
The wood-fired ‘Pibil Power’ pizza is bursting with bold Mexican flavours and splashes of Lime-inspired green, and is the perfect pizza in the park delivery. It is topped with a delicious pork pibil, crunchy sweetcorn and red onion, and a vibrant green tomatillo salsa, which tops a classic Yard Sale tomato and fior di latte mozzarella base.
No one’s left out of the Lime x Yard Sale pizza party, as vegetarians can get a slice of the action with a plant-based version that swaps the pork for a rich and smoky mushroom pibil. The pizza can also be made fully vegan.
But it doesn’t end there: every pizza deserves a proper dip, of course. Enter the ‘Lime Crema’: a limited-edition, creamy garlic and lime dip that’ll have Lime bike and pizza lovers crust-dipping until the very last bite.
Throughout the partnership, all Yard Sale pizzas will be delivered in a limited-edition Lime x Yard SalePizza box featuring Yard Sale’s fiery mascot, Juan the Chilli, riding in style on a Lime bike.
To celebrate the collab, fans can also get their hands on a limited-edition t-shirt featuring the pizza box artwork. It will be available for purchase on the Yard Sale website while stocks last from Wednesday 30th July.
A 12” pizza is priced at £16 with the 18” version – perfect for sharing – available for £30.50.
