First-time buyer developer of choice, Fairview New Homes, invites prospective buyers to experience ‘Park Life’ at its Epping Gate development in Loughton, running every weekend throughout the summer, starting 3 June until end of August.

Between 10am – 4pm, Saturday and Sunday, participants will be able to borrow a bike, lock, helmet and itinerary to set about exploring what could be their new neighbourhood, including the famous Epping Forest, less than a 10-minute cycle from the development. They will also be gifted a complementary grazing box to enjoy on one of the suggested pitstops, from local provider, Daisy Graze Essex.

After collecting a bike or two from the Epping Gate Sales & Marketing Suite on Borders Lane, solo riders, friends or couples can follow the suggested route and cycle a 8-minutes to Epping Forest – where there’s beautiful trees, historic buildings, wildlife, pubs and restaurants to enjoy.

Nivine Ismail, Sales Manager at Epping Gate, says, “Loughton offers buyers an abundance of green space while being just a 33-minute commute to London Liverpool Street, which is a fantastic draw for buyers here at Epping Gate. Park Life is therefore intended to invite those who are new to the area to grab a bike, explore and benefit from all the fresh air and greenery that will be on their doorstep should they choose to buy here.”

Those who take part in the campaign will have the chance to win a free bike, by sharing a picture or video of their experience on their Instagram account, using the hashtag #FairviewParkLife and tagging @fairviewnewhomes and one friend*. The Instagram competition will be running throughout the summer, with the winners being selected at random at the end of the campaign.
