RHS Harlow Carr Flower Show returns this summer (Thurs 23 – Sun 26 June 2022), marking the start of the flower show season at RHS gardens. The show offers visitors the opportunity to browse and purchase beautiful plants, take in inspirational displays, and enjoy an exciting selection of talks, demonstrations and live music.

A must for garden lovers, the four-day event will bring more exhibitors to the beautiful 58-acre garden in Harrogate than in recent years. Discover early summer blooms, tempting edibles, shrubs, bulbs, and rare and unusual perennials. Speak with the growers to learn more about what will work in your garden, and browse a beautiful range of garden ornaments and metalwork, handmade garden gifts and tools at the high quality trade stands.

The exhibiting nurseries have unrivalled expertise. RHS Chelsea Flower Show gold medal award-winning nursery Hare Spring Cottage Plants are owners of the National Collections of Camassia and Sidalcea, cottage garden must-haves which work well in containers or beds. Camassias are perfect in a naturalistic setting and are excellent for brightening up shadier areas, while Sidalcea are a magnet for pollinating insects. Lancashire-based Brighter Blooms specialise in growing high-quality Zantedeschia suitable for a UK environment. Brighter Blooms will also be exhibiting this bold, exotic-looking plant, known as the Calla Lily, at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2022.

Visitors to the Harlow Carr Flower Show can also enjoy demonstrations and workshops throughout the event. Renowned Yorkshire-based gardener and RHS judge Martin Fish will be sharing his advice and insight from more than 30 years’ experience, while floral designer Jonathan Moseley will demonstrate how to create stunning cut summer flower displays. Relax to live music and tuck into a delicious selection of local food and drink, including the iconic Bettys Tea Rooms.

Tickets for RHS Harlow Carr Flower Show must be pre-booked and the show is open from 9am – 6pm each day. Visit www.rhs.org/harlowcarr for more information and to book tickets.
