Imaginarium Academy is an accredited educational community that prepares young film makers, writers and actors for a flourishing future in the film and TV industry.

Their courses weave together to give young people an immersive experience that promotes growth in knowledge, skills and imagination. Imaginarium Academy have reimagined old school teaching styles to create a hands-on, project based experience that encourages children and young people to have fun whilst digging deep in the creative process. They teach it’s tools not rules and the only limit is your imagination.

Each house studies one of the three pillars of film making, screen writing and screen acting for one hour, once a week, giving students three hours a week of teaching and training. The curriculum is developed to allow all three pillars to compliment and grow together.

Playful Imagination: Recognise the limitless value of cultivating an ever-growing imagination and sessions offer a safe, cathartic and fun environment for students to explore new ideas, make mistakes and grow.

Connection: Opportunities to connect through their Academy Awards to pitch, showcase and discuss their work with producers, writers and casting directors. Many of our screen acting students are also offered representation for work in film and TV.
Deep learning: Partnered with Trinity College London to offer students qualifications in their chosen subjects. These graded awards are recognised nationally and can be pursued from the age of five up until Higher National Diploma level.

Collaboration: Carefully assign students to groups where they believe there will be a meeting of minds and friendships can be formed. Students learn to work together through projects and by giving and receiving feedback.
