Autism Dance Day celebrates 10 years

This Friday AnnaKennedyonline UK Autism Charity are celebrating ‘Step in the Right Direction Dance Day’, and this year they are excited to be in their 10th year !

‘We all know the positive benefits of dance for children and adults on the autism spectrum and it is good for their mental health, wellbeing and boosts those feel-good endorphins.

This year once again Anna Kennedy is asking you to get your dancing shoes on and the lovely Kristina Rihanoff has kindly offered to support the charity and celebrate their 10th year.
