The event timings are:

6pm – Harlow Steel band playing at the entrance to The Showground.

6pm – The Playhouse entertainment stage with performances from Livewire, Hip Hop Pop, characters from Jack and The Beanstalk and a live DJ, all hosted by Fanny Galore.

6.45pm – Bonfire lit by the Chair of Harlow Council, Councillor Clive Souter.

7pm – Fireworks display starts.

There will be no funfair again this year. There will be a food and refreshments village.

Road closures and car parking:

Parts of Fifth Avenue and roads serving Fifth Avenue will be closed between 5.15pm and 8.30pm on Sunday 3 November 2019. Parts of School Lane and Park Lane will also close from 5pm until 8.30pm. There will be restricted access for residents who live in these areas. Access to the School Lane car park will remain.

Free parking will be available at the Post Office Road, School Lane and Wych Elm car parks from 5.30pm to 8.30pm. There is a pay and display car park at Harlow Train Station and other car parks within the Town Centre. No cars should park on green verges or roundabouts around the Town Park. Parking enforcement of these areas will be in operation.

Limited parking is available for Blue Badge holders only at the Showground (off Fifth Avenue), before 6:15pm (those parked in this car park will not be able to leave until Fifth Avenue has been reopened at 8.30pm).
