Harlow Council working with St. Paul’s Church will be providing night shelter for rough sleepers from 21 November 2018 until the morning of 27 November 2018.
Local weather conditions will continue to be monitored throughout the winter period.
Further shelter will be provided by the Council and the Church when severe weather is forecast. This is part of new measures in place this year to support rough sleepers.
