Leading Wix-based employee research consultancy, The Survey Initiative, has won a series of new clients.
First up the organisation won a contract to deliver a global employee survey for Boehringer Ingelheim. The survey will be made available to over 50,000 employees in 18 languages. The Survey Initiative will be supporting the qualitative analysis of the multilingual free text responses in addition to providing workbooks for the team leaders in the organisation.
Another big win for the organisation is engineering support specialists, Babcock. Here The Survey Initiative will be running a global staff survey, which will be translated into several languages to 12,000 employees. The survey will analyse the organisation’s employee engagement and will be run across their land, defence and skills and learning sectors.
Additionally, a new client, Kent Surrey Sussex Academic Health Science Network, which is a membership organisation set-up to spread innovation, improve health and generate economic growth; The Survey Initiative has won a contract to deliver their annual staff survey.
The new contract wins follow a very successful 2017 for The Survey Initiative as Director, Gary Cattermole, explains: “Business has gone from strength-to-strength, organisations are definitely investing in their people during these uncertain times to ensure their workplaces become ever more efficient and productive.”
