Whilst you might have been searching for the perfect venue for your family Christmas get-together (check out these London Venues), dog lover Katie Squire has organised a magical weekend of Christmas fun and celebrations to get everyone and their dogs in the mood for Christmas!
Katie – a member of the third generation of the Stubbings family to own and operate Channels – the 300-acre estate in Little Waltham near Chelmsford, is hosting Santa together with a Christmas market and a very special doggie’s Christmas party from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th November. And what a fun-filled-family-festive weekend it will be for Christmas lovers and their furry friends! Gifts aren’t just for the special person in your life, it’s for the special dog too. The event kicks-off on Friday evening at 5pm with a Christmas market brimming with original handmade and vintage gifts and gorgeous festive decorations.
Santa will arrive by sleigh at 6pm to open his grotto and the Channel’s Christmas light switch-on takes place at 8.00pm.
Adults will be able to enjoy live music performed by Katie’s talented sister Charlie Squire of Squire & Smith whilst enjoying festive food, mulled wine, cider and real cask ales.
