ASK Italian is bringing the heat this autumn with a fiery new seasonal menu inspired by the vibrant, sweet chilli flavours of Southern Italy. Leading with bold Calabrian spice and built around the season’s best social occasions, the updated line-up pairs regional heat with generous comfort food and show-stopping sharing dishes, bringing an authentic taste of Southern Italian warmth to ASK Italian restaurants across the UK.
Taking inspiration from the sun-drenched region of Calabria, the new menu items bring together rich regional spices to give diners an extra kick of heat this autumn. Opening the menu are two new standout dishes, a starter of Mozzarella Fritti Sticks, wrapped in a crispy coating and finished with hot honey, riserva cheese and parsley – made for pulling and dipping right at the centre of the table and a new side of Crispy Calabrian Cauliflower Bites, an Italian-inspired twist on cauliflower wings tossed in sweet Calabrian chilli honey, served with a punchy spicy mayo.
ASK Italian is turning up the heat on its 14″ hand-stretched pizzas too, with the all-new Pollo Piccante Pizza, loaded with fiery Calabrian chicken breast, roasted red pepper and balsamic red onions, and a vegetarian Capra Calabrese Pizza, pairing rich goat’s cheese with spicy Calabrian chili paste for a full-flavoured kick. Made with 100% Wildfarmed regenerative flour, ASK Italian’s signature dough brings nutrient-rich, planet-friendly goodness to every pizza, all whilst helping British farmers bring life back into fields across the UK.
Meanwhile, ASK Italian is rolling out a series of limited-time specials designed to turn heads. In an epic twist on two classic favourites, from 6th to 22nd October, guests can indulge in the Lasagne Garlic Bread, featuring rich bolognese, velvety béchamel sauce, and melted mozzarella served right inside a golden garlic bread crust. Back by popular demand after their debut this summer, ASK Italian is also reintroducing its Spicy Chicken Crocchettes to the menu (available until 16th November), offering diners a spicy starter featuring spicy chicken, piquillo peppers, pancetta and potato, coated in crispy golden breadcrumbs and served with a spicy garlic mayo.
For the ultimate sweet finale, the new S’mores Dessert Pizza lands from 23rd October until 15th November. Created for Halloween, Bonfire Night, and half term gatherings, the made-for-sharing, showstopping dessert pairs an oversized, tear-and-dip pizza crust with a warm, melted marshmallow and chocolate gooey center.
Meanwhile, for diners looking for a protein-rich, lighter option, the new Winter Power Bowls, packed with roasted sweet potato, goats cheese, chickpeas, and hearty grains, offers a balanced main that still delivers on flavour.
