BARBS, the UK’s first authentic Bajan fast casual restaurant, has launched its Valentine’s Day menu at Queen of Hoxton, introducing a curated line-up of signature dishes alongside a £40 sharing bundle available via online channels.

Building on the brand’s focus on bold flavour, generous portions, and relaxed hospitality, the Valentine’s offering is designed to work both in-venue and at home.

Dine-in guests will receive a complimentary Mount Gay rum cocktail on arrival, celebrating the brand’s deep connection to Barbadian food and drink culture.

The Valentine’s Day menu showcases Bajan favourites prepared the BARBS way, with dishes rooted in traditional techniques and family recipes. Each plate balances comfort and indulgence, making it suited to sharing and lingering over.
