Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, has announced three new recruits to its Chelmsford-based commercial risk team.
Victoria Parnell and Sian Jedrzejewski have both joined as client managers. For Victoria, it marks a return to Aon, as she spent over three years with the team earlier in her career. Danielle Webb also joins the Chelmsford team as a client service adviser.
Victoria rejoins Aon having amassed over 18 years of insurance industry experience, most recently with a focus on leisure and hospitality sectors.
She said:
“I’ve been fortunate to gain a wide range of experience but found I was at a stage in my career where I wanted to work with larger clients and feel part of a larger organisation. Aon offered me that opportunity and having worked here before, I knew that the company culture would support my next career step. I’m looking forward to getting to know my new clients and connecting with colleagues across Aon.”
Sian also joins Aon with extensive experience and a desire to work on large clients.
Sian said:
“Throughout my 17 years in insurance, I have gained experience across a wide range of sectors and have worked for clients of all sizes. However, like Victoria, I was keen to make a return to global Commercial Risk and having heard only positive things about Aon, I jumped at the chance to progress my career here.”
Danielle Webb joins Aon in Chelmsford as a client service adviser and will use her 12 years of experience as a stepping stone to greater collaboration across a wide range of client sectors.
Danielle said: “I was drawn to Aon because of the firm’s strong reputation for innovation and its client-centric approach. I am very much looking forward to building strong, trust-based relationships with clients to help them navigate complex risk and insurance challenges”
The three new recruits into Aon’s Chelmsford office follow a series of promotions within the team earlier this year and underline the team’s continued growth.
