Dragon’s Den stars Deborah Meaden and Steven Bartlett have united
for the Tusk Turtle Trail, a bold public art initiative arriving in London this summer, to uniquely
design and paint a sculpture to raise awareness and funds for the endangered marine
species. The duo have recently been in the studio putting the finishing touches on their
stunning turtle sculpture, which they hope will powerfully highlight the urgent need to protect
our oceans and marine life.
Their sculpture is one of 16 landing in the capital as part of this exciting street art installation
on display from July to August. Each sculpture is being designed by renowned artists and
public figures, and will celebrate turtles’ beauty whilst drawing attention to the threats to their
existence and the people working tirelessly in Africa to protect them. Funds raised through
the 2025 Turtle Trail will directly support Tusk’s Partners’ marine conservation projects.
