Last week I attended London Alternative Fashion Week which made its Debut for one night only at the Piccadilly Institute.

There was some amazing talented designers, models and performances especially from our Autism’s got Talent performer Macauley Elvin. At the end of the evening we are excited to announce that Macauley won Top Performer of the night.

Macauley is 19 years old from Ipswich and has a diagnosis of autism. He has sung since he could talk and works with Alison Dix from Charthouse Music.

Macauley was bullied alot for being different and his music is his world.

Macauley wants to educate people that being different doesnt make you a bad person and please dont give up on your dreams.

Macauley sings at alot at charity gigs and he just wants people to hear his music and make them feel good.

Kenny and Michelle his parents are so proud of Macauley and are lucky parents to have Macauley and his brother Owen who also has a diagnosis of autism.

Macauley is excited to be performing at our Autism’s got Talent Roadshow on Oct 14th at Towngate Theatre Basildon alongside our amazing performers showcasing their talent supported by Pineapple Performing Arts Dancers opening the show and Jessica Richardson from The Voice Kids singing at the Finale.
