Platform-X is the new accelerator from Virgin Trains and Virgin StartUp. It offers startups the opportunity to scale-up their business and fast-track procurement through access to a £25m Innovation Fund.
The eight companies have now been chosen following an action-packed pitch day today!
After receiving hundreds of applications, this was whittled it down to sixteen shortlisted businesses. The founders of these businesses were then invited to pitch to a panel made up of judges from Virgin Trains and the Department for Transport.
Finalists included Enterprise Bot, AirPortr Ltd, Peak BI and LivingLens
