Don’t you just love Twitter – it’s a free to use App that has brought us some of the best moments and equally the most cringeworthy ones too.

National Lottery’s Twitter page was hacked last night and yes the hackers took aim at the World Athletics Competition currently taking place in London with some very candid posters with one reading ‘Savilles Innocent’ and another read ‘AJ8==D Khan’s Wife’ this taking aim at boxer Amir Khan and his wife who recently split up amidst rumours Anthony Joshua was having an affair with Khan’s wife.

A statement by National Lottery this morning read “We are aware that some people are maliciously targeting our British Athletics Twitter campaign with offensive and abhorrent content. (1/2)”

Whilst one Twitter added “National lottery page has been hacked hahahaha

Still to this day I wonder how twitter is still free to use. What an app?”
