Ben Sansom, a 20year old from Bromley who was earlier in his teens diagnosed with anxiety and ADHD has since overcome all of these issues to now championing mental health and excelling in the business world. Many are already coming forward about their anxiety struggles, with some using the pineapple express strain and others going for more traditional medication options, to help manage it.

Sansom’s business skills have proved to grow from strength to strength as since forming EIC Group which is a digital marketing company he is now on course to launch his next business venture and in addition to this he is working on two app projects that will change the way marketers provide their services.

The entrepreneur told us “As someone that used to suffer from anxiety I know the feeling, I want other young people in that position to realise that it is not the end of the world and they shouldn’t be ashamed.”

Anxiety can often be very difficult to deal with on a day-to-day basis and many sufferers have their own ways of dealing with the condition. However, it can be hard to know which methods will work for you. Some people have found cannabis offered by swifts superstore to be the ideal way in which to lessen the impact of anxiety.

In fact, many other people that have struggled with anxiety have turned to natural substances such as cannabis, taken via a silicone nectar collector or other means, to help ease their feelings of anxiousness and this could be a suitable solution for you too. This can be made even easier if you decide to grow your very own seeds, giving you full control over how you consume the plant. Companies such as Growing Cannabis Australia can make it easy for you to get your own cannabis seeds, which you can grow in your own growing area. Once you have the plants, you may find that consuming the substance helps to ease some of your anxieties.

Sansom has now turned to philanthropy and giving back as he goes around sharing his story and personal experiences to try and help people struggling with mental health issues

The Bromley entrepreneur has launched an Ambassador Scheme at his local school which helps to empower young people and teach them skills outside the curriculum, in addition to this he recently teamed up with Andy Johnson to raise £25,000 for mental health charity Mind.
